Stephen Aitken has been a freelance illustrator since 1980. He graduated with an honours B.Sc. in Biology and a minor in Fine Arts from the University of Ottawa. Stephen's art has focused on children's books since 1998, working with publishers in Canada and the US, the UK, India, Lebanon, Norway, Turkey, China and Africa.
