Nancy Harrison was born and raised in Montreal. She has a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration from Concordia University and a Master's Degree in Illustration from Syracuse University. Nancy has worked as an art director, creative director and advertising executive with clients that include: Gillette, Kraft, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Disney, Calvin Klein to name just a few. She has received awards and recognitions from How Magazine, Applied Arts Magazine and Marketing Magazine. After relocating to the Philadelphia area in 1996, she began working as a freelance illustrator with Time Magazine, The Washington Post, Reader's Digest, Leapfrog, Penguin, Harcourt, Scholastic, dozens of others, and has published more than 30 children's books and interactive books; her work is now published in more than 20 countries. Nancy works combining traditional and digital media. She also teaches digital art and illustration.
