Marilee Harrald-Pilz has been working as a free lance illustrator since 1979. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.A. in Art Education, she also attended The Chicago Academy of Art, The American Academy of Art, and The Art Institute of Chicago. She has been a designer of educational products at Cook Communications Ministries and Scripture Press Publiactions, a senior illustrator at Diamond Toy Company, as well as an illustrator of licensed characters, packaging and display cards. Her career primarily focused on illustration of books, educational materials, magazines and greeting cards for children.
