Bridget Starr Taylor grew up on a hilltop farm in Northwestern Connecticut. She graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a B. A. in Illustration. After graduating from college, Bridget moved into a loft in the meatpacking district of New York City where she still lives. She has since accumulated a husband, two sons, a cat and a dog. Bridget and her family spend summers on the family farm in Connecticut.
In addition to illustration, Bridget designs and constructs sets and props for special events. Her clients have included The New York Public Library, Chase Bank/Metrotech Center, The Bronx Zoo and Karin Bacon Events.
Some of her illustration Credits include The New York Times, Publishers Weekly, Sports Illustrated, Sesame Street Magazine.
