Picturebook's Job Board

How do I add a job to the job board? You must be registered and logged in. To register enter the promotion code PB09 when filling out the registration form. Ready to register? Click Here. Already registered? Log in and start adding jobs.

After login you will see a new navigational menu on your left with differrent menu items. To add a job click on add a job posting

After clicking on add a job posting you can fill out the form for adding a job to Picture-book.com. The only required items that must be filled in are starred, they are a title for your posting, a category that can be chosen from a drop-down list (multiple categories may be chosen by holding down the CTRL/Apple key while selecting), and a description (this must be at least 10 words). There are other options for you to choose to further describe your post as well as the ability to add an image that may help in helping the artist submmisions.

Where does my job post go? The newest posts are listed in the latest Job Postings block on the right hand screen. All others are categorized and placed in a chart that can be accessed at the menu item job postings. You will only be able to open jobs that you have posted under your user name.

Artists can then begin submitting artwork that fit your post. When you view your postings which you can access under your My account link you will see thumbnails of submitted art. When clicking on the thumbnail you can see the artist that submitted it on a block to your right. If the artwork does not fit the job you can delete it from your job post queue

How do I contact the artist? Click on their user name and you can see all of their contact information as well as more of their art. Alternately you can use the contact tab on their user page to use our site to contact them. This will include your username and email in the contact message.

So there is no limit to the number of jobs I can submit? Nope, at this point we have set no limits to give the artists the the job posters the best possible advantage.
